This product is white truffle dipped in water and salt. Is indicated especially for seasoning pasta dishes, slicing it over the dough, and using its own water to enhance the flavor of the dish. You may want to blend it with butter or extra virgin olive oil. Once opened, should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within a few days. 

 

Sliced Bianchetto Truffle

Product characterized by bianchetto truffle (Tuber Borchii Vitt. or Tuber Albidum Pico) made sliced and immersed in sunflower oil and salt. Is indicated especially for seasoning pasta dishes, and using the government water to enhance the flavour of dish. Once opened, it should be covered with extra virgin olive oil and stored in the refrigerator. 

 

Cream of Bianchetto Truffle

Product characterized by white truffle, extra virgin olive oil and salt. The cream is preparaed by grinding finely the truffle and the other ingredients. Is indicated especially for seasoning pasta dishes, warm the cream with butter or extra virgin olive oil. Once opened, it should be covered with extra virgin olive oil and stored in the refrigerator.
