The scent of truffles from Acqualagna at the 75th Sanremo Festival. At the Victory Morgana in Sanremo, the precious black truffle from Acqualagna was the protagonist of the most exclusive dinner of the Festival. Acqualagna Tartufi, represented by the owner Emanuela Bartolucci and the sales and marketing director Davide Possanzini, was present at the opening party as a sponsor. Among the 58 VIPs present at the evening Alfonso Signorini, Rocco Siffredi, Elisabetta Gregoraci, Raffaella Fico, Carmen Russo, Enzo Paolo Turchi, Nicola Ventola. Everyone appreciated the black truffle served on a “salad of cuttlefish and blue crab strolling in the garden” and other dishes, scratched live by Davide Possanzini and Emanuela Bartolucci.

Rocco Siffredi was asked the hottest question: years ago some researchers of the university of Lubeck and Munich had analyzed the chemical compounds of truffle and found the presence of a volatile alcohol almost identical to the pheromones released by males (both in the animal and human worlds) during the mating phase. Truffle aphrodisiac? Rocco has holed up behind a dry “no comment, you have to ask my wife who really enjoyed the truffle tonight”.
