
The 19th edition of Golosaria, a food and wine event held every year in Milan, there has been the award ceremony of the Luxury Food&Beverage Quality Awards 2024, under the guidance of the magazine’s editor Angelo Frigerio and chef Mauro Elli.
Created by the magazine of the same name, dedicated to chefs and sommeliers of large hotel chains and luxury restaurants, the final ranking was carefully drawn up by a jury composed of 14 great Italian chefs who have tasted and decreed the winning products for each category in competition.
During the award ceremony held this morning our “Fresh butter with white truffle” won the first place in the category of “best product with truffle”. Easy to use, it is a condiment that comes from a traditional recipe and that also conquers the most refined and demanding palates such as those of Gennaro Esposito, Alessandro Pipero, Isa Mazzocchi, Andrea Berton and Gian Piero Vivalda, Masters of Italian cuisine who have awarded in unison Acqualagna Tartufi.
