The International Food Exhibition Cibus, the most important biennial agri-food event in Italy that this year had reached its 22nd edition, is back in Parma. A first class event in which our company could not miss.
From 7 to 10 May, Acqualagna Tartufi was among the most visited stands of the entire fair, attracting both the attention of professionals and the italian and foreign mass media. The uniqueness of the Acqualagna truffle is increasingly sought after by markets around the world. A success that certifies not only the high quality of the fruits of our land, but also the work done in these years projecting us towards the future without forgetting our history and our tradition.
We have used only natural materials such as parquet wood, shelving and all the supporting structure to convey the values we believe in: our truffle products are in fact processed using only the highest quality raw materials excluding a priori industrial semi-finished products, dyes and preservatives in order to ensure maximum authenticity and flavor to the final customer. We try to respect and follow the natural biological cycle of the main ingredients used, starting with the truffle and Acqualagna is a very important collection basin of the valuable hypogeal mushroom not only white but also white precious black, summer black and muscat black; at any time of the year we can serve our international clientele with fresh seasonal truffles. This year Cibus di Parma has already selected fresh butter with white truffle of Acqualagna among the high-end products that have piqued the interest of the best chefs present at this important event.
Many are also the media and the national TG intervened to resume the stand of Acqualagna Tartufi, thanks also to the presence of two testimonials of exception dressed in GP motorcycle suits: Valentina Gullo, known to the viewers Mediaset for having participated in Temptation Island 2023, and Federica Morello, the first woman of the last edition of “Ciao Darwin 9” ended just over a month ago. In short, Acqualagna Tartufi proves once again an important, authentic and representative presence of our Region at the International Exhibition of Italian agri-food.
